Thank you SELF magazine, that since 1979 has focused on women’s health and wellness. Happy to be included on a vital topic we all face: how to bounce back from failure.
Great advice from experts in the field that include: (1) reflecting on your past wins and focusing on your accomplishments (even if they are “mini” in your mind); (2) self-compassion and being kind to yourself (really!), and (3) simply reframing the word “failure”.
Truly, there is no such thing as failure, because if you are “failing”, you are clearly taking risks, trying, and moving toward your personal goals and success. So keep up the good work.
